Notes

I was happily surprised that the crowd for Anders and Jackie seemed more interested in listening and dancing than yacking it up: a nice change from many late-day sets of prior years!

I'm not sure how many shows these guys have played together, but rated on a Crazy Horse scale, they pulled it off like the professionals they are.

Anders made jokes a few times about effing things up or playing out of key, but you could tell that he was having a really good time tonight.

After introducing the band, I kind of expected Anders to drop a Neil Young cover into the setlist, but as far as I know, they stuck to their own originals instead.

Adding Eric McFadden for the last tune really upped the energy, as he and Anders went back and forth long enough with the guitar dueling that they ended up cutting the third verse from Different Drum – likely in order to tie things up with a proper ending in time for tonight's curfew.

Hard to believe I'm going to get up and fest again tomorrow!

Props to John Loughney & Odin Rosaldo for posting song titles to setlist.fm!
