Just prior to showtime I realized that it was going to be too dark to take notes during the show (no lights in the aud), so I put away my little notebook. Would have been nice to keep track of who was playing what when, but I didn't want to be distracted by trying to do that on my phone during the show.

I was really psyched to hear this tour – the three early 80's KC albums were very important to my high school self – and I thought tonight's performers put out a great show for us. As I expected, there were minor annoyances from the many superfans in attendance – singing along, blurting out key lines in advance of their cues, and so on – but it was an enjoyable show nonetheless.

And both Danny & Steve deserve an extra shout-out for the extra effort they made to learn their parts: it's not easy to step into the shoes of absent giants and deliver at such a high level.

Random says: if you know this music, you owe it to yourself to go see it done live!
