Notes

Scorching hot out in the sun today, so most all of the crowd clustered in the shade until 4 PM or so.

Quinn deVeaux and his trio put on a terrific set of retreaded oldies. It was too hot to dance, but it was great listening to him, and I wish he'd played for a bit longer.

At 4:15 PM, the Wailers took the stage and started their last-minute prep. Dispersed to the shade areas, the aud didn't seem to notice, and it wasn't until midway through Armagideon that the park began to look full again. Lots of happy people. Lots of sing-along moments. Lots of joyous swaying to the infectious groove. Music is a blessing! Many thanks to the Wailers for bring their vibe to Terrapin Crossroads!!
