• Menage a trois du tartare: ahi tuna, hamachi and salmon; crostini, capers, green garlic, Meyer lemon, parsley, aioli;
• Croque “Meester”: mini sandos of crispy pork belly, gruyere, pickles, bechamel and Dijon;
• Cannelini bean dip, chickpea cakes, crudite (vegan);
• Salad Verte: Little gems, endive, rainbow carrot “ribbons”, bliss potato, crispy artichokes, Buddha's hand-chive vinaigrette (vegan);
• Da Chef's Coq au Vin, button mushrooms, pearl onions, lardons;
• Herbaceous Haricot vert, pickled red onion, almond brittle (vegetarian);
• French buttered egg noodles (vegetarian);
• Wild strawberry and chocolate ganache Napoleon.
