• Little gem lettuces, candied bacon, Point Reyes bleu cheese, avocado and champagne mustard vinaigrette
• Roasted organic rainbow carrots, escarole and “frazzled” leeks
• Risotto with foraged nettles, wild mushrooms, roasted garlic and grana padano
• Really sloooow roasted Marin Sun Farms cochon with sweet and spicy chilies and caramelized onions
