An Aid for Song-Title Capitalization

The following words are lower-case unless they are the first word or last word

• as (but see comment below!)
• at
• but
• by
• for
• from
• in
• into
• nor
• of
• off
• on
• onto
• or
• out
• over
• the
• to
• up
• with

Weird case: an … as + noun … construction is NOT capitalized (eg., Right as Rain), but an … as + verb … construction IS capitalized (eg., Beer As Purchased).

Major exception: phrasal verbs consisting of an action followed by a preposition (eg: Come Up)
