• See Transclusion for info from mediawiki about implementing template functionality (as set up currently with treepad snippets). Might Dokuwiki offer similar functionality?
• add special stylesheet or css rules for mobile browsers?
• Modify CSS in style.ini for TOC width/placement so that it defaults to the unused space in the right margin rather than the center column.
