Notes

On the basis of the one song that I sampled, I was expecting Jobi Riccio to deliver a rocking set, but apparently my sample was not representative: most of the songs she performed today seemed to me to be mopey, woe-is-me style country singer-songwriter confessionals. Not at all what I was looking for. Oh well! One of the great things about short festival sets is that they seldom last long enough to become truly annoying, and when they do, you can always go check out the acts at another stage. And after she switched to electric guitar, the second half tunes were eminently more danceable (even if the lyrics were still full of youthful angst).

A fan asked for the name of the first new tune just after Jobi finished playing it, and it sounded like Jobi replied “Doesn't Matter”, but I'd written “What Does It Matter” as my title guess (based on hearing her lyrics), so the entry above shows that, but with “What” chopped off.
