Last night's show was really good!

I especially liked the opening set: Lust for Life is a great song to cover!

Sound there in the center of the bowl was excellent, and there seemed to be fewer yahoos in the audience than usual: it's always nice to be surrounded by fans who are listening to the show instead of yammering with their friends.

I'm sure that I missed a few of the player changes during the main act. In one of the early songs, for example, Viktor sat at the mellotron as if he was going to play, but any time I looked at him he was still playing guitar, so I never noted it. Sometimes there's just too much going on to keep track of such shenanigans!

Props to the folks posting immediately to Setlist.fm for both JD McPherson and Plant/Krauss – that really helps with identification of some of the more obscure tunes played during the show!
