It was great fun to see the original Flecktones back together again (after a 27 year break, sheesh!), and while every tune seemed to be familiar, it was a tough challenge to puzzle out the setlist – after all, there weren't many words to go on to help simplify the task. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that I got a few of the identifications above wrong … let me know if you think you have good evidence to make a correction!

Over st setlist.fm, DrPepper73 posted a comment that he's pretty sure the tune before Sinister Minister is Sweet Pomegranates. Dunno! Still waiting to learn of a definitive identification from a reliable source!
