Lauren Murphy at Moss House, June 17, 2018
Bacon cheddar and scallion biscuits, brown sugar butter;
Griddled chickpea cakes, tzatziki, summer gremolata;
Sonoma organic heirloom tomatoes, grilled bread, castelvetrano olives, French feta, baby lettuces, Maldon salt, white balsamic vinaigrette;
Herb roasted Summer squash “Napoleon”, Bellweather farms fromage blanc, roasted wild mushrooms, arugula, emerald herb sauce;
Grilled creamed corn, roasted sweet and spicy Summer chilies;
Grilled local swordfish, cilantro and Meyer lemon “mojo”, toybox tomato salsa;
Buttermilk and blueberry cake, whiskey crema. Nope! Seemed more like a summer stone fruit tart to me…

Notes
Another fun time at Moss House! Great food, good peeps, and lots of music.
Today marked Lyba's professional debut in California. I can't say whether her originals are destined to last, but her cover choices were pretty darn good, especially the Joni Mitchell song, Carey.
And the Harman's surprised us with a Zappa cover, Son of Mr. Green Genes. Doug claimed that he goofed it up, but I didn't notice any extraordinary train wreck: must have been a minor error.
