Notes

Tonight's show started off with a new arrangement for Samson; very slow. Didn't work for me today. Bummer. Brown-eyed Women was fine, but it's a hard song for me to get too enthusiastic about at this point. El Paso was positively torpid. No wonder the hero got caught in the end. And then things picked up. They Love Each Other was kinda bouncy. Cassidy was kinda slow, but had plenty of wonderful open space, as did the following Bird Song. And Don't Ease Me In was a nice quick romp to wrap things up for this set. Not profound or anything other than a fun rocker.

Second set was considerably more compelling: a solid effort, through and through.
