Opening acoustic set was fun for being laid back and low key. Just the right way to start the day's festivities. It was nice and sunny today, but not too hot except during the middle set from San Geronimo. Most folks seemed content to hang out under the shade of the umbrellas, but having a big hat, I was not so inclined, counting on my SPF20 to keep me safe.

Having headed off to rustle up a plate of grub as soon as the trio ended, I couldn't really take very good notes about the San Geronimo set. Maybe someday I'll be able to fill in the blanks there! I regret that my eyes were bigger than my stomach – buffet syndrome! – and wish I'd tasted off Ting's plate instead of serving myself according to appearances! Anyways, San Geronimo really got cookin' towards the end of their set, and I look forward to my next chance to catch them in the bar!
