Julie Steinberg takes center stage in Grisey's mysterious quasi-concerto
for piano and chamber ensemble, a 40-minute work variously described
by its three dedicatees as explosive, poetic, and intensely unified.
With a songful piano trio from Emmy-winning film composer John Musto,
and a powerful performance by the Abel/Steinberg Duo of Lutoslawski's
