Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn left 90 degrees, left down block in left front stance. Move left foot, left downward hammer fist strike in joon-bi (ready) stance.
2. Turn right 180 degrees, right down block in right front stance. Move right foot, right downward hammer fist strike in joon-bee stance.
3. Turn left 90 degrees, left out-to-in middle block followed by right out-to-in middle block in left front stance.
4. Right front kick, right back fist strike followed by left out-to-in middle block in right front stance.
5. Left front kick, left back fist strike followed by right out-to-in middle block in left front stance.
6. Step forward, right back fist strike in right front stance.
7. Turn left 270 degrees, left single knife hand middle block in right back stance.
8. Step forward, right augmented elbow strike in right front stance.
9. Turn right 180 degrees, right single knife hand middle block in left back stance.
10. Step forward, left augmented elbow strike in left front stance.
11. Turn left 90 degrees, left down block followed by right out-to-in middle block in left front stance.
12. Right front kick, right down block followed by left out-to-in middle block in right front stance.
13. Turn left 90 degrees, left upper block in left front stance.
14. Right side kick, left elbow target strike in right front stance.
15. Turn right 180 degrees, right upper block in right front stance.
16. Left side kick, right elbow target strike in left front stance.
17. Turn left 90 degrees, left down block followed by right out-to-in middle block in left front stance.
18. Right front kick, right back fist in right crossed foot stance.
YELL! (Ki-Hap)

Pivot on right foot, turn left 180 degrees

Symbol
Sohn (Wind) South West, Eldest daughter. Wind is a gentle force, but can sometimes be furious, destroying everything in it's path. Symbol is Sohn meaning the wind. The wind is so gentle when it is a breeze but devastating when it becomes a hurricane. Human power can also be used either way.
Movement
TaeGuk Oh Jang should be performed like the wind: gently, but knowing the ability of mass destruction with a single movement. Taegeuk Oh jang is designed to develop the inner energy and kinetic force of the body with the application of the two opposite phenomena of nature.
Techniques
New movements are hammerfist, elbow strike, side kick with side punch, and jumping cross stance. Special attention is required in striking a specific target area with the elbow.
