Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn left 90 degrees, left double knife hand middle block in right back stance.
2. Step forward, right augmented middle spear hand in right front stance.
3. Turn right 180 degrees, right double knife hand middle block in left back stance.
4. Step forward, left augmented middle spear hand in left front stance.
5. Turn left 90 degrees, simultaneous left open hand upper block and right out-to-in neck chop in left front stance.
6. Right front kick, left middle punch in right front stance.
7. Left side kick followed by right side kick, right double knife hand middle block in left back stance.
8. Turn left 270 degrees, left palm out middle block in right back stance.
9. Right front kick, right out-to-in middle block in original right back stance.
10. Turn right 180 degees, right palm out middle block in left back stance.
11. Left front kick, left out-to-in middle block in original left back stance.
12. Turn left 90 degrees, simultaneous left open hand upper block and right out-to-in neck chop in left front stance.
13. Right fron kick, right backfist strike in right front stance.
14. Move left foot, turn left 90 degrees, left out-to-in middle block followed by right middle punch in left natural stance.
15. Turn right 180 degrees, right out-to-in middle block followed by left middle punch in right natural stance.
16. Turn left 90 degrees, left out-to-in middle block followed by right middle punch then left middle punch in left front stance.
17. Step forward, right out-to-in middle block followed by left middle punch then right middle punch in right front stance.

Techniques
There are more advanced movements in this Poomse such as double knife hand blocks, finger tip thrust, swallow stance knife hand strike, consecutive side kicks, cross stance back fist. To prepare you for the Kyuroogi practice, there are more transitional movements to help you to improve correct body shifting and coordination.
