Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn left 90 degrees, left down block in left natural stance.
2. Step forward, right middle punch in right natural stance.
3. Turn right 180 degress, right down block in right natural stance.
4. Step forward, left middle punch in left natural stance.
5. Turn left 90 degrees, left down block followed by right middle punch in left front stance.
6. Move right foot turn right 90 degrees, left out-to-in middle block in right natural stance.
7. Step forward, right middle punch in left natural stance.
8. Pivot on right foot turn left 180 degrees, right out-to in middle block in left natural stance.
9. Step forward, left hand middle punch in right natural stance.
10. Turn right 90 degrees right down block followed by left middle punch in right front stance.
11. Move left foot turn left 90 degrees, left upper block in left natural stance.
12. Right fron kick, right middle punch in right natural stance.
13. Pivot on left foot, turn right 180 degrees, right upper block in right natural stance.
14. Left front kick, left middle punch in left natural stance.
15. Move left foot, turn right 90 degrees, left down block in left front stance.
16. Step forward, right middle punch in right front stance.
YELL! (Ki-Hap)

Pivot on right foot, turn left 180 degrees
Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)

Symbol
        Geun (Heaven/Sky) South, Father. The associated trigram represents Yang (heaven, light), therefore, this TaeGuk should be performed with the greatness of Heaven. The symbol Geun means the sky, yang-the base of the cosmos.
 

Movement
        The movements are walking stance, front stance, low block, high block, inside block, middle punch, front kick.
 

Techniques
        This is the most basic form of Taekwondo training.
