1. Step forward, double low block in left front stance.
2. Right front kick, double outside body block in right front stance.
3. Left front kick, double face block in left front stance.
4. Right side kick, right double knife-hand body block in left back stance.
5. Turn left 270 degrees, left outside body block in right back stance.
6. Moving left foot, right face punch in left front stance.
7. Stationary left face block, maintaining left front stance.
8. Right side kick, right double knife-hand low block in left back stance.
9. Moving right foot, left body punch in right front stance.
10. Turn right 180 degrees, right outside body block in left back stance.
11. Moving right foot, left face punch in right front stance.
12. Stationary right face block, maintaining right front stance.
13. Left side kick, left double knife-hand low block in right back stance.
14. Moving left foot, right body punch in left front stance.
15. Turn left 90 degrees, crossed arm low block in left front stance.
16. Stationary crossed arm face block (right hand on top), maintaining left front stance.
17. Open hands, turn left wrist over right, close hands (grabbing opponent); right face punch, maintaining left front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
18. Pivoting on the left foot, turn left 360 degrees with stomp, right low block in horseback stance (look right).
19. Moving left foot, turn left 180 degrees, left palm-down neck strike in left front stance.
20. Right out-to-in target crescent kick, right elbow target strike (back of right fist points up) in horseback stance (looking straight ahead).
21. Look left 90 degrees, slide backward, simultaneous left low block & right outside face block (single mountain block) in same horseback stance.
22. Slide backward, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.
23. Moving left foot, right body punch in left front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)

Moving left foot, Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)
