Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn left 90 degrees, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.
2. Right front kick, right body punch in right front stance.
3. Turn right 180 degrees, right double knife-hand body block in left back stance.
4. Left front kick, left body punch in left front stance.
5. Turn left 90 degrees, left low block in left front stance.
6. Retract left leg. Returning to left front stance, simultaneous left open hand face block & right palm-up neck strike.
7. Right front kick, right reinforced backfist face stoke in right crossed foot stance (left foot behind right foot with left heel up). YELL! (Ki-Hap)
8. Turn left 270 degrees, left double knife-hand low block in right back stance.
9. Moving left foot, double palm-out body block in left front stance.
10. Right front kick, right body punch followed by left body punch in right front stance.
11. Turn right 180 degrees, right double knife-hand low block in left back stance.
12. Moving right foot, double palm-out body block in right front stance.
13. Left front kick, left body punch followed by right body punch in left front stance.
14. Turn left 90 degrees, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.
15. Moving left foot, simultaneous left open hand face block & right palm-heel strike to jaw in left front stance.
16. Right front kick, right backfist face strike in right front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
17. Left front kick, left face block in left front stance.
18. Right side kick, right double knife-hand body block in left back stance.
19. Turn left 180 degrees, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.

Moving right foot,  Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)
