1. Step backward, simultaneous right low block & left outside block in right front stance.
2. Moving left foot, turn left 90 degrees, left double knife-hand low block in right back stance.
3. Step forward, right double knife-hand body block in left back stance.
4. Step backward, left push-down palm block in right back stance.
5. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance.
6. Turn right 180 degrees, right double knife-hand low block in left back stance.
7. Step forward, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.
8. Step backward, right push-down palm block in left back stance.
9, Step forward, left body punch in left front stance.
10. Turn left 90 degrees, simultaneous left low block & right outside block in left front stance.
11. Step forward, right double-fisted outside body block in right front stance.
12. Step forward, left double-fisted outside body block in left front stance.
13. Step forward, left push-down palm block, right augmented spear hand to the solarplexus (left knife-hand under right elbow, palm down) in right front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
14. Turn left 270 degrees, left outside body block in left front stance.
15. Right body punch followed by left body punch, maintaining left front stance.
16. Bring left foot to right knee, left hand to right side in right crane stance.
17. Simultaneous left side kick and left face-section punch, right elbow target strike (back of right fist points up) in left front stance.
18. Step forward, right double knife-hand body block in left back stance.
19. Turn right 180 degrees, right outside body block in right front stance.
20. Left body punch followed by right body punch, maintaining right front stance.
21. Bring right foot to left knee, right hand to left side in left crane stance.
22. Simultaneous right side kick and right face-section punch, left elbow target strike (back of left fist points up) in right front stance.
23. Step forward, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.
24. Turn left 90 degrees, simultaneous left low block & right outside block in left front stance.
25. Step forward, right double-fisted low block in left back stance.
26. Step forward, left double-fisted low block in right back stance.
27. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
28. Turn left 270 degrees, left double knife-hand low block in right back stance.
29. Step forward, right double knife-hand body block in left back stance.
30. Step backward, left push-down palm block in right back stance.
31. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance.
