Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

Feet together. "Ready", with arms straight, hands open and overlapping in front of lower body
Draw arms up across body, and then SLOWLY do twin knifehand down blocks
Pull hands back to the sides, and SLOWLY push outwards at head level, until arms are straight out

1. Turn 90 degrees clockwise (face E), right low knifehand block (left fist at hip) in left back stance
2. Turn 180 degrees counterclockwise (face W), left middle knifehand block (as above) in right back stance
3. Slide left foot, right upward elbow strike (left fist at hip) in left front stance
4. Move forward, right front kick and drop the kicking leg in front
5. Pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise, left foot reverse (spinning) side kick, then middle knifehand guarding blocks ("sudo") in right back stance
6. Remain in stance, pull both arms in an arc above the body, low knifehand guarding blocks ("hardan sudo")
7. Remain in stance, pull both arms back behind, middle forearm guarding blocks. Yell! (Ki-Hap)
8. Turn 90 degrees clockwise (face N), left backfist strike (right fist lies under the left elbow, blocking) and stomp in horse stance (chest facing N)
9. Lift right foot slightly off the ground, right backfist strike (as above) then stomp back into horse stance
10. Cross left foot over right foot in direction of E, twin elbow strikes (parallel to ground) in crossed stance
11. Lift right foot high into air, right inside crescent kick, santeul makki ("W" block), stomp into horse stance
12. Lift right leg from the ground, keumgang block in left crane stance
13. Right side kick, then left upward elbow strike in right front stance
14. Move forward, left front kick and drop the kicking leg forward
15. Pivot 180 degrees clockwise, right foot reverse (spinning) side kick, then middle knifehand guarding blocks (as above) in left back stance
16. Remain in stance, pull both arms in an arc above the body, low knifehand guarding blocks (as above)
17. Remain in stance, pull both arms back behind, middle forearm guarding blocks. Yell! (Ki-Hap)
18. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face N), right backfist strike (as above) then stomp back into horse stance
19. Lift left foot slightly off the ground, left backfist strike (as above) then stomp back into horse stance
20. Cross right foot over left foot in direction of W, twin elbow strikes (as above) in crossed stance
21. Lift left foot high into air, left inside crescent kick, santeul makki ("W" block), stomp into horse stance
22. Lift left leg from the ground, keumgang block in right crane stance
23. Left side kick, then right elbow strike (this time the elbow strike goes into the left palm) in left front stance
