Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Move left foot forward, middle wedging blocks in left front stance
2. Move right foot forward, right palm heel strike (head level) in right front stance
3. Move left foot forward, left palm heel strike (head level) in left front stance
4. Move right foot forward, right palm heel strike (head level) in right front stance
5. Move right foot backward, left inward middle knifehand in right back stance
6. Move left foot backward, right inward middle knifehand in left back stance
7. Move right foot backward, left inward middle knifehand in right back stance
8. Lift the left leg off the ground, pivot 90 degrees counterclockwise (face W), keumgang block (a rising upper block done with the same arm as the standing leg, coupled with a lower forearm block with the same arm as the leg which is raised) in right crane stance (right leg is bearing the weight)
9. Drop the left leg forward, right circular punch in horse stance (chest facing N)
10. Pivot on the left leg 180 degrees toward W, then pivot on the right leg another 180 degrees toward W, right circular punch in horse stance (chest facing N)
11. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face N), right high inside crescent kick and santeul makki (twin head level blocks performed with the forearms, where the upper arms are parallel to the ground and the forearms are perpendicular to the ground) landing with stomp in horse stance (chest facing W). Yell! (Ki-Hap)
12. Turn 180 degress clockwise, middle wedging blocks in horse stance (chest facing E)
13. Pull left foot into and against right foot, cross arms in front of body, double low forearm blocks. Slowly and exhaling
14. Lift the left leg high in the air, pivot 180 degrees clockwise, left high inside crescent kick and santeul makki (as above) landing with stomp in horse stance (chest facing W)
15. Lift the right leg off the ground, pivot 90 degrees clockwise, keumgang block (as above) in left crane stance (left leg is bearing the weight) (chest facing N)
16. Drop the right leg forward, left circular punch in horse stance (chest facing N)
17. Pivot on the right leg 180 degrees counterclockwise toward E, then pivot on the left leg another 180 degrees toward E, left circular punch in horse stance (chest facing N)
18. Lift the left leg high in the air, pivot 90 degrees clockwise, left high inside crescent kick and santeul makki landing with stomp in horse stance (chest facing E). Yell! (Ki-Hap)
19. Pivot on the left foot turn 180 degress counterclockwise, middle wedging blocks in horse stance (chest facing W)
20. Pull right foot into and against left foot, cross arms in front of body, double low forearm blocks.Slowly and exhaling
21. Lift the right leg high in the air, pivot 180 degrees counterclockwise on the left foot, right high inside crescent kick and santeul makki landing with stomp in horse stance (chest facing E)
22. Lift the left leg off the ground, pivot 90 degrees counterclockwise, keumgang block in right crane stance (chest facing N)
23. Drop the left leg forward, right circular punch in horse stance (chest facing N)
24. Pivot on the left leg 180 degrees clockwise toward W, then pivot on the right leg another 180 degrees clockwise toward W, right circular punch in horse stance (chest facing N)

Bring left foot in to meet right
