The niche, 430 cm high, 1260 cm wide and 120 cm deep, houses 33 statues in the upper and lower parts. In the upper part, nine guardians of Buddhist Law stand side by side in the middle and six gods stand on each side. Seven ghosts stay at the lower part. The duty of the guardians is to guard the ritual site and subdue monsters.
