We started with presentation of the new belts to those who passed
the promotional tests last semester. As a group, the Oracle students did
really well. We received a compliment from Master Yoon during the tests
on our skills. Out of the 171 colored belt testers, only 7 received double-promotions.
Oracle had one of these: Kristina promoted from green to blue belt.
Today, warmups included leap frogs and squats. Then, we worked on
partner paddle kick drills - lots and lots of kicks. Advanced belts got
to work on their jump kicks. Lower belts practiced their basic kicks.
Practice ended in massage lines. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
