I started teaching Taekwondo at Oracle almost two years ago.
Rick Vierra started the program and it has continued after his departure
from Oracle.
It is a difficult class to teach because all belt levels are mixed
together. When there are Red Belts to assist, I can split the class
up into advanced and basic groups.
This semester, the curriculum is more rigorous as UC Berkeley added
Palgwe forms to the belt test requirements. For some people, this
means learning eight new forms!
